30 Day Diamond Return Policy

We have been selling diamonds for over 100 years and take our work very seriously. If you are dissatisfied with your diamond for any reason, simply call us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will happily exchange your diamond or refund your money, no questions asked.

**Please note, purchases made in our Garden City, NY store and not on-line are subject to our standard 14 day return policy.

30 Day return policy on engagement rings

All Since1910.com Signature Engagement Rings are returnable for a Full Refund within 30 days of purchase.

Designer Engagement Rings & Designer wedding bands are custom made items (custom orders) and are not eligible to return.

• Diamond Eternity Bands are 100% refundable unless the ring is smaller than a finger size of 5 or larger than a size 7.
  
  
• Fashion jewelry rings ordered in a size other than stock size (size 6.5) are non-refundable.
  
  

"Designer" is considered any item that we sell made by Tacori, Henri Daussi, Precision Set, Scott Kay, Coast, Simon G, A. Jaffe, Stardust, Martin Flyer, Jeff Cooper, Michael M, Sylvie, Vatche, Diana, Verragio or ArtCarved.

**Custom orders may only be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours the deposit/payment towards your order is non-refundable.

**Layaway deposits may only be returned 30 days from the date the item is finished in production, and a maximum of 60 days from the order date.

**Pre-Owned Watches are fully refundable within three days from receipt of delivery. The watch must not be worn or sized and must be in the same condition as when sold. The watch must be accompanied by all boxes, tags and paper work that came with it.

*In order to give our customers the best pricing, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of ordering two or more of the same, or similar item, and then only keeping one of them. If you are unsure, or have detailed questions about a particular item, please call one of our customer service representatives for expert help.

Bitcoin Refund Policy

All Bitcoin refunds will be issued through Coinbase and you must have, or create a Coinbase account in order to receive a refund. Your refund will be issued by Coinbase in Bitcoin for the USD value of the item(s) you ordered, less any applicable fees. Your refund will be converted from USD to Bitcoin based on an exchange rate set by Coinbase at the time the refund is processed. You acknowledge that if the value of Bitcoin against USD has risen since the time of your purchase, you will receive less Bitcoin than you paid at the time you placed your order.

How do I make an exchange?

Simly call customer service at 1-800-979-1910 to obtain an RA# (Return Authorization #). Please securely pack and seal the return merchandise.

Where do I send my return or exchange?

Please remember to call first to obtain an RA# for your return or exchange. Packages sent to us for return or exchange without an RA# visible on the outside of the box will be refused. Please send your return or exchange to:

Be sure to include the original diamond certificate (GIA or AGS) for any diamond purchase. A fee of $75 will be applied for any diamond returned without it's original certificate.
